The Committee
The Sunningdale Park Residents' Operating Committee, or 'ROC', is a representational group of elected owners from each area/phase of the Sunningdale Park estate, to ensure meaningful consultation and effective participation in decision making on all aspects of the ongoing management of the residential estate.

Objectives

Represent Residents'
The ROC should represent residents' of the estate. Understand their key priorities for the estate and act on them.

Foster a Community
To foster a community spirit, bringing residents together and making the estate a pleasant place to live.

Maintain Estate Infrastructure & Beauty
To report and act on (where possible) anything in disrepair on the estate, and ensure ongoing good maintenance of estate infrastructure.

Create a Safe Environment
The ROC should aim to create as safe environment as possible for residents, both in terms of access, and minimising any criminal activity.

Participate in Planning
To work with residents, developers and estate management in the practical development process, to maintain the estate aesthetic.

Scrutinise Estate Management
The ROC should manage and hold estate management to account, to ensure best value for money on behalf of all residents.

Neighbourhood Watch Scheme

Sunningdale Park has its own Neighbourhood Watch scheme, which our resident members can join and leave as they wish.
