Berkeley have confirmed that an additional pedestrian route will be opened up and become available for village residents via Station Road, opposite Church Road. It's expected this entrance to open in the first half of 2024 (see bottom right of map).

There is a change in access route on Larch Avenue (see left of map). Members of the public will now be asked to enter the SANG via Madeira Walk, as opposed to walking to the end of Holly Hill drive.

Later in the year, an additional public path will be landscaped on Silwood Road leading into the SANG parkland (see map top right). This provides pedestrians a safe access route into the park, instead of having to walk on the estate road.

We also take this opportunity to remind members of the public to keep to the SANG access areas, and not to enter private residential areas that are clearly sign posted. Additional signage is being installed across the estate over the coming weeks to make it clearer on which areas are publicly accessible versus for private residents use only.
