Dear fellow residents, see below an update from Berkeley and Encore Estate Management regarding a temporary scaffolding structure that's been installed beside the Felstead building.

Dear Residents,

We have been informed by Berkeley Homes that they will need to erect a scaffold tower to the rear of the Pavilion building to investigate and resolve an issue following the exceptional storm weather over the last few days.

A routine inspection of the unoccupied apartment number five has identified an issue that requires further investigation to the terrace area of number 10 Felstead.

The Sunningdale Park project team will be co-ordinating the works needed closely, and we would like to thank you in advance for your understanding whilst this access equipment is in place.
