"We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that our last construction Phase will be the Crosley apartment block which we plan to start in March 2024.

To allow us to commence work we will need to relocate our subcontractor car park. We therefore wanted to inform you that from Mid-February we will be asking the contractors to use the car park that we utilised when completing the building works on the lower Phases of the development. We are always keen to keep any disruption to the local community to a minimum by keeping the labour force vehicles on the development where possible.

The Sunningdale Project team will make sure that the car park area and specified pedestrian routes to Chestnut Hill are closely managed to ensure that all our contractors take a considered neighbourly approach whilst we complete the works on the development over the next few years.

We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding with the ongoing building works at Sunningdale Park and we would like to reassure you that we will be reinstating the communal areas on completion."
