Encore Estate Management have recently changed the garden landscapers (of the communal areas) to the Glade and Walled Garden areas. Encore have advised that they originally went out to contract tender in late 2023.

We have asked Encore in future to communicate out to residents when there are potential estate maintenance changes. As of time of publication, the new landscapers (called Ascot Gardens) have been on site today in the Walled Garden.
